BALISTIK Defence Industry Trade Incorporated Company, in the beginning was established in 2015 as Udacchi Defence Industry Incorporated Company in Pendik-Istanbul in TURKEY with the aims of increasing production quality, creating new designs and producing those designs. With the board decision in March 2018 the company title was changed into BALISTIK Defence Industry Incorporated Company.
